For a series of crimes, he had been imprisoned for more than 30 years. Once released, immediately many think, oh he is now free! Maybe so, perhaps not. Some actually return to prison after release. From statistics the reasons vary from a different offence to being vulnerable to the system which seems to lack community support including jobs and housing as well as breaking drug addictions.
